Sony VAIO Touchpad Class Action Investigation
An investigation is currently being conducted regarding Sony VAIO laptop and/or notebook computers containing defective touchpads and/or trackpads.
Many consumers are experiencing problems with their Sony VAIO laptop and/or notebook computers. Specifically, consumers are experiencing problems with touchpads and/or trackpads of their Sony VAIOs. Problems include: onscreen curser tracking or moving in a direction opposite to the user's input; curser freezing or locking up; curser opening and closing windows and/or programs.
