Lord & Taylor Data Security Breach Class Action Investigation

Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach at national department-store chain Lord & Taylor. The breach reportedly affects credit and debit cards from across the United States.

Lord & Taylor has not yet confirmed dates of the breach, but cybersecurity firm Gemini Advisory is reporting that customers who used payment cards at Lord & Taylor from between approximately May of 2017, thru May of 2018, may have had their information exposed. Gemini Advisory is also reporting that the breach may have exposed up to 5 million payment cards and that the information is already being sold.
