Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach at national restaurant chain Applebee’s. The breach reportedly affects credit and debit cards from across the United States.

A customer notice from Applebee’s states that customers who used payment cards at Applebee’s from between approximately early-December, 2017, thru approximately early-January, 2018, may have had their information exposed.

The data security breach lasted for approximately 1 month, and breached information reportedly includes: cardholder names, credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates and card verification codes.
